  • How can I view RICE Catering Menu?
    RICE’s catering menu is available to view and download online. Please visit catering.ricekitchen.com and click on the "Menu" link at the top of the page. You can also review our nutritional information by clicking on "Nutrition Info."
  • How far in advance should I place my Catering order?
    We gladly accept catering orders up to 3 months in advance. However, if you find yourself in need of a last-minute order, feel free to give us a call with just a 3-hour notice. We're here to assist you with any last-minute requests.
  • What's the minimum amount you cater?
    Great question. Our group offerings are designed to serve min of 10 people, but our Catering Sales Managers would be happy to help you customize a plan to suit your needs. Contact us
  • Will my catering order apply to my RICE Loyalty Rewards?
    Catering orders placed through our app or with a sales representative will earn RICE loyalty points. Any catering order placed with a third party company won't receive loyalty points.
  • How can I get a copy of my catering receipt?
    An automatic receipt will be sent to you 24 hours after the food is delivered or picked up. If you don't get the receipt, please contact us at catering@ricekitchen.com and we'll be happy to send you your receipt.
  • Can my organization place a tax-exempt catering order?
    Yes, we’re happy to honor tax-exempt status for organizations that qualify. Please send us the Tax exempt certificate to catering@ricekitchen.com
  • What equipment is included with my Catering order?
    Your order will come with disposable plates, cutlery , napkins, and serving utensils. If you have additional questions or special equipment needs, please contact our Catering team. Contact us
  • Can RICE deliver my Catering order to me?
    We’re happy to offer both pick-up and delivery options for Catering. We cover Miami Dade and Broward County (Florida).
  • How do I request a refund for my Catering order?
    We want you to have the best experience possible. Please contact our Catering team to get help regarding your refund. Contact us
  • Can I modify my catering order once it's been placed?
    Our Catering Sales Managers will be happy to discuss any modifications you need. Please contact us and mention your order #. Contact us
  • Can I pay for my order in advance?
    We requiere your payment information at least 3 hours prior to the delivery. However, you will be charged on the day of the event.
  • What forms of payments does RICE accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
