We gladly accept catering orders up to 3 months in advance. However, if you find yourself in need of a last-minute order, feel free to give us a call with just a 4-hour notice. We're here to assist you with any last-minute requests.
Great question. Our group offerings are designed to serve min of 10 people, but our Catering Sales Managers would be happy to help you customize a plan to suit your needs.
Catering orders placed through our app or directly with a Rice sales representative are eligible to earn RICE Loyalty Points.
To claim your rewards, please reply to your order confirmation email and include the loyalty card, email address, or phone number associated with your account.
Points will be added after the order has been fulfilled and may take 2–3 business days to appear in your loyalty account.
Please note: Catering orders placed through third-party platforms are not eligible for loyalty points.
An automatic receipt will be sent to you after submitting payment. If you don't get the receipt, please contact us at catering@ricekitchen.com and we'll be happy to send you your receipt.
Yes, we’re happy to honor tax-exempt status for organizations that qualify. Please send us the Tax exempt certificate to catering@ricekitchen.com
Your order will come with disposable plates, cutlery , napkins, and serving utensils. If you have additional questions or special equipment needs, please contact our Catering team.
We’re happy to offer both pick-up and delivery options for Catering. We cover Miami Dade and Broward County (Florida).

Yes. All catering orders must be paid in advance.
We require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice to place a catering order so we can ensure product availability in-store and secure a delivery driver.
